  • Eligibility: Only unopened, unused lights in original packaging with intact seals are accepted for returns.
  • Timeframe: Contact sales within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Process: Obtain a return approval number by contacting 909-203-2945 or info@undercanopygrowlighting.com. Return to 2501 S Vermont Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73108.
  • Costs: Customers pay return shipping. A 20% resto33cking fee applies. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Conditions: Used lights or opened boxes are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Restocking Fee: 20% of the original purchase price.
  • Non-Refundable: Shipping costs and sale items.

Exchanges:

Shipping:

  • Inspection: Inspect packages before signing BOL/POD.
  • Damage Claims: Report shipping damages to sales within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs and assume risk of package loss. Use trackable shipping for expensive items.

Warranty:

  • 5-year warranty for Beast series and Under Canopy Light series.
  • Submit a fully completed warranty form within 7 calendar days of delivery.
